1. After 200 ~ 300 hours of operation, the oil should be changed twice, and the quality of the oil should be checked regularly in future use. The oil mixed with impurities or deteriorated must be replaced in time. Under normal circumstances, for a long-term continuously working reducer, the new oil should be replaced according to 5000 hours of operation or once a year. For a long-term deactivation, the new oil should be replaced before re-operation. The reducer should be added with the same oil as the original brand, and should not be mixed with oil of different brands. Oils with the same brand and different viscosity are allowed to be mixed;

2. When changing the oil, wait for the reducer to cool down without danger of combustion, but it should still be kept warm, because after complete cooling, the viscosity of the oil increases and it is difficult to drain the oil. Note: The power supply of the transmission device should be cut off to prevent unintentional energization;

3. During operation, when the oil temperature rises above 80 ℃ or the oil sump temperature exceeds 100 ℃ and abnormal noise is generated, stop using it. Check the cause, and the fault must be eliminated. After the lubricant is replaced, the operation can continue. ;

4. The user should have reasonable use and maintenance rules and regulations, and carefully record the operation of the reducer and the problems found in the inspection. The above regulations should be strictly implemented.

Selection of grease When selecting grease according to the bearing load of the travel reducer, select grease with a small penetration for heavy loads. When working under high pressure, in addition to the small penetration, it also needs a higher oil film strength and extreme pressure function. When selecting grease according to environmental conditions, calcium-based grease is not easily soluble in water and is suitable for dry and low-moisture environments. When selecting the grease according to the operating temperature, the main indicators should be the dropping point, oxidation stability and low temperature function. The dropping point can generally be used to evaluate the high temperature function. The actual working temperature of the bearing should be 10-20 ℃ lower than the dropping point. The use temperature of synthetic grease should be 20-30 ℃ below the dropping point.

It is forbidden to mix different lubricants. The position of the oil level plug, oil drain plug and ventilator is determined by the installation location.

Inspection of oil:

1. Cut off the power supply to prevent electric shock. Wait for the reducer to cool down;

2. Open the oil drain plug and take an oil sample;

3. Check the viscosity index of the oil: if the oil is obviously turbid, it is recommended to replace it as soon as possible;

4. For the reducer with oil level plug: check the oil level, whether it is qualified; install the oil level plug.

Oil replacement:

After cooling, the viscosity of the oil increases and it is difficult to drain the oil. The reducer should be changed at the operating temperature.

1. Cut off the power supply to prevent electric shock. Wait until the reducer cools down without danger of combustion; Note: The reducer should still be kept warm when changing oil;

2. Place an oil receiving pan under the oil drain plug;

3. Open the oil level screw plug, ventilator and oil drain plug;

4. Remove all oil;

5. Install the oil drain plug;

6. Inject new oil of the same brand;

7. The amount of oil should be consistent with the installation location;

8. Check the oil level at the oil level screw plug;

9. Tighten the oil level screw plug and ventilator.

Troubleshooting

Due to the harsh operating environment of the reducer, failures such as wear and leakage often occur. The main types are:

1. The wear of the bearing chamber of the reducer, which also includes the wear of the housing bearing box, the bore bearing chamber of the box body, and the transmission bearing chamber;

2. The shaft diameter of the gear shaft of the reducer is worn, and the main wear parts are the shaft head and the keyway;

3. The bearing position of the drive shaft of the reducer is worn;

4. Leakage on reducer joint surface.
