On August 24, 2025, our company successfully completed the processing and shipment of the custom-made φ3.5×0.3m ring gear for export, manufactured by ourselves and shipped to a European customer. This shipment not only marks another breakthrough for our company in the large-scale production of ring gear, but also once again proves our competitiveness and influence in the international market.
The ring gear delivered this time has a diameter of 3.5 meters and a weight of 3778 kg, which places extremely high demands on manufacturing accuracy and reliability. In the production process, our company strictly adheres to international standards, ensuring thorough quality control at all stages, from the selection of raw materials to the inspection of finished products. The workshop strictly controls the processing tolerance and hobbing accuracy, improves the heat treatment processes and optimizes the quality control procedures, which ensures the high strength, wear resistance and long-term stable operation of the ring gear. In the production management area, the factory has fully implemented the “Workpiece Owner System”, which clearly defines the distribution of responsibilities and ensures process documentation, order fulfillment and problem tracking. This ring gear will be used in a large European industrial project.
